    • 3/4杯德梅拉拉糖(或水晶糖)。
    • 1杯水(室温下)
    • 1/4杯橄榄油(或其他植物油)
    • 1茶匙香草精(可选)
    • 1茶匙苹果醋

    如何准备

    将烤箱预热至180度,并在模具上涂抹油脂。 在一个大碗中,将面粉、可可粉、小苏打、泡打粉和盐过筛。 然后加入脱脂糖并混合。

    加入水和橄榄油(或其他植物油),搅拌均匀,直到得到光滑的面糊。 加入香草精(可选)和苹果醋,并融入其中。 将面糊分配到模具中,烤大约55分钟(这可以根据你的烤箱而变化)。 要知道它是否准备好了,插入牙签,它应该出来是干的。
